Our Return Policy
Breastpumps and accessories are personal care items and due to the policy of Medela,
cannot be returned. This policy is also in effect due to receiving
returned and possibly re-packaged goods from customers in the past.
This is the only way we can ensure that our customers receive ONLY new
items. We have a no return/no refund policy. Use of any Medela pump by more than one person voids the warranty entirely. If your pump or accessories are defective, the warranty is through Medela, Inc. They can be contacted at 1-888-633-3528.
